It is geared towards adults of all ages who are looking to get results and for those who want to get back in shape using an intense but monitored exercise program. The Better Life Boot Camp was developed by Dr. Chet Zelasko and is administered by Bob Maloof.
Dr. Chet Zelasko has a PhD in Exercise Physiology and Health Education from MSU. He is also certified as an instructor from the American College of Sports Medicine.
Bob Maloof is certified with the American College of Sports Medicine and is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist. He received a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from Michigan State University and a Masters in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University.
What You Do
30-35 minutes of resistance or interval training (4 days a week)
Abdominals (5-6 days a week)
You will be given workouts to do at home on off days
Sessions start at the Better Life Offices downtown
Camps can be conducted at your location
