The Body Mass Index or BMI is the most popular way to evaluate whether someone is overweight. However, if a physician told you that your BMI is 30 and you need to reduce it to 24, what would that mean to you and would you know how much to lose?
Use the BMI Calculator below to determine your current BMI by entering your height and weight. Next, use the BMI Chart to determine your Target BMI and enter that number in the space provided. If your physician has not given you a target BMI, use a number from the Ideal Range on the BMI Chart.
