Turkey And Potato Casserole

Serves 6

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound fresh (not deli) turkey breast, cut into chunks
1 to 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed or crumbled
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
8 small red potatoes, washed and cut into halves
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Heat the oil in a nonstick Dutch oven pot, and sauté the turkey until lightly browned.

Sprinkle with the rosemary, and garlic and onion powders. Add the potatoes, wine, and water, lower heat, cover, and simmer about 25 minutes or until the potatoes and chicken are cooked.

Mix the cornstarch with a little water, and add to the pot to thicken the gravy. This is best served in bowls so everyone can scoop up the gravy!
