Tuna Horseradish Dip

Serves 4

1 can (6 1/2 ounce) of tuna, packed in water
3 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
2 teaspoon raw parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper, red or cayenne
2 whole wheat pitas cut into triangles


In a food processor puree the tuna, yogurt, mayonnaise, onion, horseradish, parsley, and pepper until mixture is smooth. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl, sprinkle it with cayenne, and serve it with the pita.
