Tuna Burgers

Serves 4

2 cans (6 ounces) water-packed Albacore tuna, drained
1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg white
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise

Cooking spray
4 hamburger buns
Mustard, catsup, low-fat mayonnaise, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, pickles, etc. (condiments for the burgers)


In a medium-sized bowl, flake the tuna with a fork. Mix in breadcrumbs, onion, egg white, and mayonnaise. Mix well and shape into 4 patties.

Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and cook burgers on medium heat, turning once to brown on both sides. Serve with buns and condiments
