Tangerine Pico de Gallo

Serves 4

4 ripe California avocados, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup white onion, chopped
3 fresh tangerines, peeled, seeded (remove as much with pith as you can), and diced
2 fresh jalapenos, seeded and minced
1/2 cup fresh squeezed tangerine juice
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper

Gently combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with tortilla chips or fajitas.
