Power Parfait

Makes 1 serving

4 oz plain, plain, low-fat yogurt
½ cup low-fat granola
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

This is fun and healthy dessert that kids can make themselves. Using a parfait glass, put two tablespoons of yogurt in the bottom of the glass. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the granola mix, then the blueberries. Repeat until all ingredients are in the glass. Chill for 30 minutes and let the kids dig into a healthy dessert.
