Pasta Primavera With Chicken

Serves 4

4 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup chopped onions
2 garlic cloves
3 teaspoons ground basil
2 cups chopped broccoli
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
22 1/2 ounces spinach macaroni, cooked and drained
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
10.7 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast

Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat for 1 minute. Place chicken in a skillet; add onion, garlic and basil. Cook and stir for 5-7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Add broccoli, tomatoes, and lemon pepper seasoning. Cook and stir for 3-5 minutes or until broccoli is tender. To serve, arrange hot pasta and chicken mixture on large serving plate. Sprinkle with cheese; garnish with additional basil, if desired.
