Nutty Broccoli Salad

Serves 4

4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
4 cups broccoli floweret’s washed and separated
1 cups red seedless grapes washed and halved
1 cups green seedless grapes washed and halved
1/2 cups almonds slivered
1/2 cups red onions chopped
1/4 cups raisins
3/4 cups fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon splenda
1 tablespoons rice vinegar


Cut chicken into small strips. Spray a non stick skillet with cooking spray and cook chicken until done. Mix mayonnaise with vinegar and sugar substitute and set aside. Combine all ingredients into large bowl, add dressing and chill for one hour.
