Recording your measurements when you get started and during the 30 Days is a way for you to see results when the scale may not show any. For some people, recording the loss of inches, even if it is only in tenths of an inch, is very motivating. Remember, muscle is denser than fat so if you are not seeing the scale go down, check your measurements. We give you suggestions on how and where to take your body measurements so that you always measure correctly.
